At KOFE Consulting we employ engineers with over 30 years experience in the network area using all types of equipment from Cisco/Meraki and Juniper to home style networking like D-Link and other brands, our motto is that we help you choose what makes sense for your requirement and design and implement a solution for you. We do not try and shoehorn your challenges into some standard design that we use with every other customer, we take our time and will listen to you and help you provide more value to your business. Our engineers are certified as Cisco Certified Internetwork Experts (CCIE) and also hold various other certifications to ensure that the solutions we provide are based on solid experience and best practice.
We also do cloud networking and link your local networks with your cloud usiing SDN or any other viable solution should that be part of your requirements.

Network & Security Operations
Wether you are home office worker that simply wants some help making sure your computer and other devices are up to date and protected or you are a large enterprise that wants help looking after your global infrastructure , we are here to help, our cloud based Operations Center is staffed by engineers in multiple timezones ensuring we provide 24/7 coverage as needed, we can support everything from networks to applications as well as clouds.
Our operations teams are skilled not only to work on detected failures but also to monitor and take proactive actions before small challenges become large problems.
We provide these services in two distinct ways.
1. We onboard your equipment to our Operational Center and use our software to handle all monitoring and alerting etc. This way you need to do nothing else than to ensure our equipment has access to the devices you want us to monitor, we handle the rest.
2. We use your tools to do the monitoring when you do not have staff on shift or ass staff augmentation when you need us, this way all we need is remote access to your tools and some guidelines on how you want us to act in case of failures/alerts.
